Actually, it usually means "or best offer" -- so if you are asking $40 and someone offers you $35, at the end of the offering period, you may contact the haggler and accept their offer. I can't imagine how the "better" offer would work in unless there was a public bidding process involved, such as within this thread.

(hee hee!) You know, I would except I've already got 3 full mics (RB2, and 2 from Lips) which gives the needed 3 for RB: Beatles. Plus, hey, shipping to Japan is a bitch. Probably cost another US$20 in shipping.
