Maybe, but I like the actual competition and the fashions. Every once in a while they've done men's clothes, which rocks.

Hell's Kitchen is fun, but ridiculously over the top. I prefer Top Chef.

It's not so much the competition as seeing what people come up with that interests me.

I used to watch Deadliest Catch, but I kind of forgot that it's on a couple years ago.

I do, however, frequent the dive bars in Ballard (Seattle) that Sig and his crew go to.

Which is also why So You Think You Can Dance is somewhat watchable. Unfortunately, the judges and audience often ruin that show.

I hate all those dance shows. Yet I started watching So You Think You Can Dance a few weeks ago and now I'm hooked. Mary's voice would have to be one of the most annoying on earth yet I don't find her annoying because she seems like a nice person. WTF is wrong with me. :-\

The audience is the most annoying aspect and if they shot them all I wouldn't shed a tear.

Also, American Idol is unwatchable due to total lack of talent.

I have a personal vendetta against her since then cos that wasn't nice.

The thing I hate most about those shows is how the focus is not on the food. It's daytime drama with food as props. Nothing against showing the people behind the food/clothes/designs...etc they create, but the focus is always how the people relate to the other people and not the creators to the creations. I realize drama sells and people love it but I just get turned off by that sort of thing. It's aggravating.

Nothing wrong with liking those shows - just not my cup of tea.

The focus actually IS on the competition and the finished project. It's awesome! Of course, imo there are no hot women on it, other than Heidi Klum.
