Contra the article's insinuation, some people such as myself are perfectly capable of ironic orgasms.

I had for some reason recorded a bunch of videos of myself in uh compromising situations and accidently kept them in a public folder or something, and someone on GAF discovered them and made a thread for the purpose of humiliating me. It wasn't a terribly pleasant dream.
