Title: I need a gaming headset

I need a gaming headset. Nothing fancy. SUggest me. HOW ELSE CAN I TELL ALPHA TEAM TO STRIKE?!

I use an old logitech headset and plan to upgrade to this: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/gaming/pc_gaming/headsets_microphones/devices/5848&cl=us,en  whenever they release it (this month, apparently)  One nice thing is that it has USB adapter and not USB only.  Though, I've had a usb headset before and it wasn't an issues, but I've seen people who weren't as lucky.

Not unfancy at all but it has surround sound.  Plus you could also use it on PSN or XBL if that matters to you.

i use my rock band microphone
works really great. i can be on the other side of the room and only have to speak a little louder.
