EXCITE

Its starting to get self-referential (sp? is that even a word?) which can be confusing for a casual viewer like me.
Oh and a Q- Was there an episode where Rusty craps out Jonas Jr? I've never seen such an episode on the repeats and I'm curious where the hell he came from.
-
Yeah, it was the finale of Season 1. Everything kind of built up to it.
He doesn't crap him out, he is surgically removed after doctors first believe him to be a benign tumor. He then hijacks the X1 and builds a makeshift body out of parts from the Venture compound to murder Rusty.
Brock saves the day in a hysterical parody of every action movie ever, and both negotiate the terms of restitution Rusty owes him for trying to kill him in the womb.
The show is almost a serialized drama, that's like complaining you can't follow Lost or Fringe or The Sopranos.
Also, all the seasons are available on DVD!

I think I'd actually put it close to Arrested Development. Not up there though.
-
... I'm judging by this trailer that Brock will not show up until the end of the season, if at all. I wouldn't be surprised if Hammer and Publick screw with everything and wait for a renewal to bring him back.

Yeah, Venture Bros. was actually good for three seasons. O SNAP.

There's a movie coming! :-\

Keep telling yourself that! :lol

I still haven't watched season three (but I've got the Blu-ray set), so I'll avoid the trailer for now.

I'm not saying its bad. I like it, but I don't follow it religously like LOST, so like Jonas Jr I can lose track of things occassionaly. Although it works pretty well episodicaly too. The two invincible monarch henchman are so great. I'm trying to remember the two words the Monarch used to describe why he favored him. Something like 'the perfect combination of ___ and ___"

Lower your expectations and avoid our Facebook discussion, distantmantra.
Season Three is better than the first season, but still inferior to the greatness that is Season Two - which I contend is one of the best arcs in the history of television. Everything lead up and including Showdown at Cremation Creek is fantastic. Season Three starts off kind of weak, but finds its footing. It doesn't feel nearly as cohesive as Season Two, but I wonder if that's because Publick and Hammer were working on Season Four simultaneously.

Season 2 is godly.

Do you dab?
I dab.
