It's like enemies soak up bullets. It's very pretty though.
-
Seriously? What difficulty are you playing on?
-
It is probably the easiest Resident Evil ever :lol
-
This was ridiculously easy. I didn't feel threatened once in the entire game.
-
Gee guys, maybe you should try something other than Easy
-
Normal mode was easy. So was the next step up, but I never finished it because Sheva starts to die all the time a couple missions in.
whatever, that game is all about mercs.
-
I played it on normal difficulty, I figured there would be still be the occasional challenge.
-
I think I played it hard first time and found it enjoyable. The hardest bit I found was probably those two big tribal dudes in the village in level 3. Especially if you didn't bring a rocket launcher. :lol
The ability to grind reduced the difficulty a lot compared to other REs.
-
I only had issues with the first two levels on prof.
The rest was pretty easy. But the again, I bazooka'd through hard and prof.
-
Guess it's just me :/
-
I'm also one of those "assholes" who found Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox to be easy.
-
You suck Junpei. :( What mode you playing? Vet mode I could understand, but normal?
It is probably the easiest Resident Evil ever :lol
RE1 and 3 are easier.
-
Based on the 1st 60 mins, RE5 seems quite a bit easier than RE4.
Btw, did anyone check out the RE5 benchmark tool for the PC? Based on the tool, RE5 should run awesomely on the PC like all the recent Capcom PC ports. I've got the 360 version already but I think I'll just wait to play it on the PC. The 360 version looks great for a console game but it can't come close to the PC version running at 60fps w/max settings in 1920x1200.
-
It's easier than RE4 on normal, but play it on vet mode without unlimited ammo or maxed weapons and it's harder than RE4.
-
Yeah, if I remember right RE5 Hard is similar to RE4 Normal.
-
It's harder. You die in 2 hits in vet mode, 1 hit in pro mode. That said, pro mode in RE4 is nothing to scoff at. Pro mode RE4 is way harder because unlike in RE5, you can't transfer weapons between difficulties.
-
I don't think I ever played more than normal in RE4, I found it good.

RE1 and 3 are easier.
I'm on normal. Just entered Chapter 5.

aim better...the enemies won't sponge bullets if you're more precise with your shots.
-
I've killed a lot of enemies with the knife and melee during my first playthrough. Never had any issues with bullets.

I think I aim well. And fuck lickers, THEY ARE FUCKING SPONGES.
-
