You can unlock a few pretty good guns using cheat codes from GameFAQs. You can get the best Medic gun, at least.

I'm rank 25 and there is still a gun I am missing. I had to buy the Gold Edition box or something so I guess that door is forever closed.

I'm not following you. I have unlocked 1 gun so far and was able to use it in multi-player. It was the XM8 LMG. Are you saying that I unlocked it playing the multi-player? Maybe I missed something.

You unlock by spending unlock points that you get from leveling up in MP. Either that, or my copy of the game is fucking with me.

It's okay. Kestastrophe, Zero and myself usually do pretty awesome on 1943, but the Bad Company community is pretty hardcore. We usually end up getting trounced.

As for getting trounced, our first game was a little lopsided but I think we held our own in the second game. My problem is that I don't know the maps and am still getting used to roles of each class. Help me clear up some things:

1. If I am an attacker, should I not choose the support class and use assault class.
2. If I'm a defender, should I just camp the gold area?

I don't think there are any clear cut answers to either of those questions.

But, yeah, I thought we defended better the second game.

... I am also learning the maps; Kesastrophe has put in a lot more hours than I have so far. Assault and support do come in handy while defending, but those rules change when the format is Conquest.

Are any of you guys good with the chopper? I like the gunner thing, but I'm not jumping into the gunner seat of another chopper only to have the pilot crash seconds later.
