Why:

The US Open is the last grandslam tournament of the year, and marks the end of the 2009 tennis season.  Widely regarded as having the best atmosphere (especially at night) out of all four slams.  In my opinion it is where you can see the best tennis played, on hard courts.

What a snoozer. The girl really choked under the bright lights. Lots of unforced errors and losing her temper.


That girl she played was so damn hot. Wolzanicki or whatever.

I know your being sarcastic but that was what was so annoying about this Oudin thing. Pretty white girl syndrome tennis style.

My friend and his g/f went to the US Open and caught a few games this past weekend... I was of course too busy partying it up at the music festival to go.

I've always preferred woman's tennis. The matches are shorter, the volleys are longer and the girls are pretty (mostly).

Federer is FUCKING INSANE

He's like the best player I've seen in any sport, ever. Nadal had to destroy his body to beat him; it's only a downward spiral of injuries from here on out for Nadal. :(

yeah this is pretty much bullshit, fed had absolutely nothing to do with any of nadal's injuries

a popped ab is a pretty common injury in tennis, i got it, it hurts like a motherfucker, rafa has nothing but time after this tourney to heal

Federer played like shit. He couldn't get his first serve in at all.

But Del Potro's forehand was really fucking impressive. He deserved it. He just beat Nadal and Federer on back-to-back days. Insane.
