I'd play some comp games and guitar and maybe go to Games Workshop and learn how to paint.  :)

Sitting here at work waiting for an email from a guy who wanted to buy a bunch of my old video game systems. I think he's suddenly got cold feet.

Later today, it's banking and shopping for the business. No day off until Sunday.

We get 25 days off a year in Holland. 8)

It's way too much and I have now accrued 60 days over the years. Used 3 of them thus far this year...

It took you the day to build that?  You need more LEGO days off or maybe you could practice at lunch.  I'm sure you could fit some off the smaller sets in your briefcase.

We have all the Lego's my father, brother and me ever owned in 3 big boxes.
Everything de-constructed and unsorted.
So you basically have to hunt for every single piece.
