... This guy sounds like MICHAEL MYERS. He's coming home, bitches!

Partly that, and partly that its Eastern Washington. It isn't a large metropolitan area like Western Washington, so all the farmers and right-wing whackos live over there. Spokane is somewhat progressive, though.
