I actually eat fried eggs with just some salt and pepper (Sunny side up too, I don't understand why people are afraid and need it over easy). Some buttered toast and you've got a simple but good breakfast.

I rarely use salt, instead opting for pepper

Just let it cook like that for a few minutes, then stir like crazy until everything it's all in small golden brown pieces.

White. Give it a few more months of Seattle weather and I should camoflage in with the snow quite well.

It stems from trauma growing up. My mom would fix eggs twice a week and usually cook them in butter, making a basic omelet without the filling. I can't take the greasy taste of eggs in butter anymore. The taste of straight eggs isn't very appealing, hence the hot sauce. Effectively killing the egg taste.

i on the other hand love mayonnaise in sandwiches and LOVE ranch with pizza or fried chicken

im so white when it comes to condiments :lol

Don't Care for Mayo, too much fat. Love Mustard and Ketchup. So then I search for things to add. Hence the sriracha on a sandwich. Can't stand ranch either, honey mustard on the other hand.

Pizza, Red Pepper flakes and garlic power and/or Parmesan cheese.

I don't really like mayo, but the mayo they serve with the frites at the local Belgian restaurant is pretty decent.

Just tried some sriracha on pizza last night and I can see why they liked it so much. :drool

I could put hot sauce on everything I eat, and sometimes, I do.
