So far in the three years now that I've been over 30, I can say without any hesitation that 30s >>>>>>>>>> 20s. Not even close. Only thing that even remotely sorta sucks is the metabolism drop-off, but hey exercise is good stuff anyway.

Yes, I'm dreadfully boring. I suppose part of being in the 30s is that I am completely comfortable with that, almost to the point I revel in being almost as much a creature of habit as my cats.
