Also, his training is old school "beat up random objects". There's a video of him slamming a hammer down on a tire, I would think that this type of training helps power his hips or something.

That does a lot more for abs than hips, but it's an awesome exercise. Thanks for the link - great fun.

As much as it may be a little unwarranted, Rogers was a consensus top 10 fighter going into the fight. I'd love for Fedor to be in the UFC as well, but let's not pretend that Fedor has been fighting Zulus for the past 2 years.

The guy worked at Sam's Club last year, thats all I need to know.
