All I did was eat Thanksgiving garbage. I am wondering after weeks of forsaking a lot of carbs (potatoes, non-whole wheat bread, sugar are non-existent at my house) and eating healthy, that my body told me to STFU. Is that possible?

Yes, it is. Same thing happened to me. :lol

That's how I lost weight too (in addition to heavy lifting)
I had the opposite effect the past two mornings. Pretty heavy drinking (for me) the past two nights, and I woke up feeling fine. 8)

I've been losing weight, slowly, just switching my diet - despite the fact that I work from home, with a butt glued in a chair for hours. I am hoping to create a workout regimen soon, so I can do more than lose a few pounds doing absolutely nothing by virtue of my diet.

sometimes I get "hungover" if I smoke a shitload of cigarettes the night before. then again, I'm out of shape and don't eat well, so I always feel a little shitty when I wake up.

As one would guess, this effect is horribly magnified if you aren't a habitual smoker. I almost never smoke cigs unless I'm drinking, and last NYE I went through an entire pack in an 8 hour span :-X IHOP the next morning helped, though

welcome to my world
ive felt that way for the past week

I've had this happen the night of, but never the next day. Sleep usually gets rid of it for me.
