Title: Web cigarillos- good/cheap web hosting?

Suggestions?  Thinking about putting up a blog thing, so I guess I need to know what a good, cheap and reliable host would be and if Wordpress is the way to go.

I've been using SurpassHosting for 10 years now, and they've always been fantastic.

$6 a month / $60 a year for their lowest plan, and you get 10 addon domains (if you want to host more than one site with the account), oodles of space and bandwidth, and a great CPanel backend for managing your site. The $10 plan offers more than that, but you might as well check it out yourself.

i can vouch for surpass hosting.  i used them for over a year and they were great.  cheap as hell.  maybe wait until their valentines day special.  $1 hosting, any plan for a whole year.  A dollar for a fucking year.
