Title: J-BORE (past and present)
Post by: ch1nchilla on December 20, 2009, 10:03:50 AM: I have one day to get this done-- what kind of small trinkets and food and gifts and shit should I buy for family friends back home? I am at a loss for ideas after going to Kiddy Land AND Tokyu Hands. At this point I might just go to a combini and buy a bunch of food and throw it in my suitcase. Also I <3 Tokyo t-shirts from Tokyo Tower, but who the fuck wants one of those if they haven't been to Tokyo?

If you want touristy trinkets, go to Oriental Bazaar in Omotesando (yes, just up the street from Kiddy Land). Everything from chopsticks to kimonos to katanas.
