When I get home I am going to finish helping my son set up his new HP 311. He loves it so far...but damn does it need more than 1gb of ram.

I looked around at various places including ones that sell more unusual meats, like bison ( :drool), but it's too hard to find. I have another year to figure out where they sell it around here.

I was able to get one at thanksgiving from the local supermarket, mainly because there's some sort of wacky mid-atlantic tradition some people follow about having a thanksgiving goose.

I was really pleased with how it turned out, even with only modest preparation. Also, I hate hate carving birds, such a PITA.

We're flying out of Eppley on Monday afternoon. Hopefully the snow has completely stopped by then.
