Title: Kingdom for Kelfings
Post by: chronovore on January 10, 2010, 08:52:02 PM: Kelfings is on sale for 400 spacebucks this week. Is it worth it, or should I save my money for two more Rock Band songs?

Major dissapointment: No tech trees. It's just "Build House A, you can Build House B. Build House B, You can Build Houses C,D,E. To build F you must build C,D AND E". There's like no sense that your city is advancing. Just getting bigger. Also, you spend lots of time waiting for resources to collect

Thanks, this is what I needed to hear. I think you might be the friend I saw playing it the other day. I played the demo when it launched, and was happy to have something to do with my Avatar that didn't involve waving or pretending to be dizzy. The framerate was asstacular though, and it didn't seem like there was a goal. I'll wait for Joy Ride to use the avatar in-game, and buy some Tom Petty. Or more Beatles. Thanks!
