Especially since both top sections can swivel 360 degrees, meaning I can "shape" the table however I'd like. The problem is that it's only 12" high. :( Anyone ever have one of these low modern tables before? How much of a bother is the height? If I don't get that one, I'd probably go with one of these:

I know. I'm in love with its looks. :( I'm not the type to put my feet up on my tables, however, so I don't think that would be a big deal for me. Food/drinks, yeah, but I'm going to have a taller end table nestled between my sofa and loveseat so that would help with that. I love the second table, too, but it's also like 12.5" high. I really hope to hear from someone who has owned a 12-13" high table before.
