Some warez site I went to a few weeks ago totally bent over MSE and went in with out lube. I got hit with several alerts in a row, tried to respond to them but then MSE crashed and I was up to my ass in malware popups and MSE was unable to be restarted. Spybot S&D saved me there.

The malware was almost certainly embedded in one of the Flash ads (as they usually are), so that sometimes you get something normal and sometimes you get Trojan.HPV or what not.

I got that XP Antispyware rogue virus last week on my home computer. Managed to get rid of it, but man was it a pain in the butt to do so. I still can't figure out how we got it.
