Braid was definitely worth five cups of Starbucks coffee, which is my new standard of measurement. I never finished the game, but I didn't feel ripped off, either.

Not that big a fan of Jonathan blow though. His "official walkthrough" for Braid was the height of designer conceit: You'll eventually get it, and you'll feel really smart when you do.

If a developer who is a tool makes an enjoyable game, it's best to ignore the tool and play the game.

See also: Molyneux and Jaffe.  Although Blow is about the worst.

12 posts in and I still don't know what his next game is. That might be a good thing though.

Just because he made one good game doesn't mean he'll make another.

What was the good game?

I just checked and it seems like he might have worked on Oddworld Munch's Oddysee for the Xbox, but that wasn't a good game.
