Congrats on 30, it's not bad. Only thing that I've felt in terms of aging is grey hairs (which suits my personality just fine, would like more) and some minor arthritis (which sucks, but oh well).

thats nothing, i have a disease that lifetime cigarette smokers get usually in their 70s-80s, they dont even know whats going to happen to me in the long run (losing toes, feet, etc) because im one of if not THE youngest person to have it on record (at least in somewhat modern times), they usually just treat you for pain and tell you tips to avoid flareups and dont worry about curing you because its an old mans disease and theyre going to die naturally somewhat soon anyways, ive been to the cleveland clinic twice so its not like these are the words of some hack from my hometown doctor, right now my case is being used to educate medical students and the last doc i saw asked my permission to write about me in some publication
