Some great deals. There's also an extra $15 if you spend $75 through the spring sale.

Dirt 2 for $10 is tempting.
But I still haven't played anything I got from the D2D sale last year. For some reason I barely ever play anything I buy non-steam because I forget I own it. Will wait these deals out until they pass on to steam.
-
What about Dark Void? I thought you were interested in that.
-
Democracy 2 and NWN2 gold GET.
-
Also, that's a nice price on Tropico for city building nerds.
-
The King's Bounty and Elven Legacy games are major bargains too. There's nothing on consoles that can offer so many hours of quality gaming at those prices.
-

$15 is still too much. Waiting for $5.
Still $10 too much for Dark Void.
What you said.
-
Dirt 2 is fucking awesome, especially if you can use the DX11 settings :drool
Still wallowing in my Steam Xmas sale games to get in on this. I do want to try Tropico 3 though
-
Is Dark Void really that crap? The benchmark demo looked alright. I'm mostly interested in its high end Physx effects which are only available in the retail version.
-
Sweet, there are four weeks of sales. I'm hoping to see Risen on sale one of those weeks

I've never used D2D, how does it work? Do you have to have a client in the background? Are the games DRMed to hell? How do they handle redownloads?

You can use direct download or a download manager. As far as I know, D2D doesn't have any sort of client DRM, but the DRM is based on the game itself. So if a game is known for stupid DRM, it will be in the D2D version. You are also supposed to have unlimited re downloads, but I haven't tested that claim.
-
With regards to re-downloads, D2D is actually better than Steam. All you have to do is contact them if you've installed a game one too many time and need a new key. Otoh, Steam just ignores you if Crysis' DRM is screwing you over.

Damn, I think I may need to jump on Aaaa~ for $1.95. Demo was neat, but not $15 neat. $2 is more my kind of price for it.
GTA4 is a little tempting after the recent patch. Just to see how it looks/runs on PC vs. consoles.

I wouldn't be surprised to see you get much better framerates with console settings but @1080p instead. GTA4 is much more dependent on the CPU than GPU and you've got a very fast CPU.

Nice sales this week, picked up Supreme Commander Gold. Regarding GTA IV, performance improvements aside, I think the PC port is just a much better game than its console counterpart. The aiming is spot on, unlike the clunky aiming on console.

Yeah, it's tempting. I gave up on GTA4 console about 30-40% in.
Then again I didn't actually care for the gameplay that much sooooo not sure if graphics would fix my issues with the game. But I think they would help!

Aaaa went up to $5. :(

not cool :'(

Picked up Guild Wars Trilogy. $20 is a good price. I'd get Neverwinter Nights 2 Gold, but I don't think my PC can handle it...
