Title: MLB.tv streaming coming to PS3...

But you still have to pay a MLB.tv subscription. That's $99.99 for the basic package or $129 for the premium.

I'm sure some PS3 fan will find SOME way to turn this into a good deal for the PS3 and how it'll affect NPD in a good way.

Not going to pay for it since I get all Mariners games on TV, but watching it on my TV would be better than watching it on a computer screen.

DirecTV charges $211. I guess for those people who own a PS3 and usually buy these season ticket things, it's a bargain.

But I doubt it'll expand the market. For anyone. At all.

If I didn't live in the Mariner's TV market, it would be really tempting.

Sony should do a full blown out App store for the Playstation 3.

Could lead to a lot of interesting stuff don'tcha think...

If they got this thing for the NBA, I would actually really consider buying the system.  I already have the NBA broadband pass, but watching it on the TV would be so much better!
