Arabs and Muslims should just move to Antarctica since they're so afraid of integrating.

Fine, how about the butthole of Allah aka Africa?  The common interests of genocide and martial law should help you people get along with the natives.

Yeah sure! I don't think these domains will get popular, they will probably just end up being used to redirect those users who don't have the English alphabets typed on their keyboards to the proper main domain.

A 4chaner left this troll comment on the news article:

This is so the militant jihadists can do this and the English speaking people can not see.
We (America) made the internet, not them.
Again, we go with letting some "control" over the internet slip away and then when things like what happened today with the DOW dropping 900+ points in 15 minutes happens again, this time probably 9000+ points, it will take a government senate committee on hearings like 2 years or more to figure it out, that it came from the middle east (or China).
Makes me think that them (the jihadist) are going to do whatever they can to make their religion my way of life.
Block all ip packets from and to these middle east domains, that will cut down on things like the NYC Times Square dumb a$$ bomber and from any others getting "radicalized" from the bull$hit websites of Al Quida and Taliban.

over 9000 is an internet meme.

In the Internet Domain Name System, an internationalized country code top-level domain is a country code top-level domain (ccTLD) that employs a non Latin alphabet, such as Arabic. As of May 2010 there are three such TLDs: ‏مصر.‎, ‏السعودية.‎ and ‏امارات.‎ (for Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates respectively).

:lol

I didn't even think of that. Imagine posting lemon party link as some arabic gibberish and say it is Sony Dubai site.

I've been so desensitized to lemon party that I'm starting to jack off to it whenever it pops up.  Same goes for tub girl.

You can't really buy Coca-Cola in arab countries anyways.

You could probably buy it on the street but I think that any product that is sold in Israel is subject to the boycotts so maybe the government would make a firewall that blocks the sites of coca-cola or nestle or whatever.

In Iran, there is no coca-cola.  Just pepsi.  And yes they have two different spellings for pepsi.

No man, its because stores, cafeterias and restaurants made contracts or signed deals with either coca cola or pepsi. I believe Almost everywhere McDonald's serves coca cola and KFC serves Pepsi and so on, but over there even school cafeterias made such contracts because of the high competition.

There was a time when those drinks were boycotted by the consumers and it was for different reasons but mostly a boycott of American and Israeli products for political reasons. The drinks were never banned, they were always available and the prices kept going lower and lower till a point were you could buy 2 liters for about $0.25.

Edit: I just read the article and it seems like I was wrong. Thats very strange, I really don't remember it ever being banned, it was always available.

When?  What time frame are we talking about here?

''The boycott is back. This time, however, Pepsi is a member of the black-hat club. In 2002, a cluster of Arab organizations asked Muslims to shun goods from America, seen as an enemy of Islam and a supporter of Israel.

In Bahrain, the Al-Montazah supermarket chain, for example, boosted sales by pulling about 1,000 US products off its shelves, and other grocers followed suit.

Coca-Cola and Pepsi, sometimes considered unflattering shorthand for the United States, took the brunt of the blow. Coca-Cola admitted that the boycott trimmed some $40 million off profits in the Gulf in 2002. (In January, Ahmet Bozer, president of Coca-Cola Middle East, qualified the context as "challenging.") Pepsi, with its red, white and blue logo, may have been harder hit. ''

Yeah, I was thinking of a different time period, I didn't know that it was banned.

So, wait, these are non-Roman alphabet, non-Arabic numeral domains now? I wonder if Japan is slapping its collective forehead over not moving on this. Or if they are still entranced by English being "cool."
