All the "Summer of XBLA" titles from last year are at least 50% off too. So you can pick up stuff like Shadow Complex and Marvel vs Capcom 2 for 500 points and some change, and then there's 'Splosion Man sitting there at 400 as well.

I bought TMNT Arcade and Trials HD last night in a rush. I assumed that the same would be done by this morning. I don't think there's anything else I want. Alien Hominid and Castlevania maybe?

Alien Hominid isnt really that fun. A big quarter eater with no reward. I guess it looks nice. Castlevania definitely. $5 to replay SOTN is always welcome.

Totally agree....I was excited about Alien Hominid because of the graphic style but after playing it....exactly what Demi said - no reward at all.

Trials HD is amazing! Me, my nephew, and my 2 little cousins just spent like the last hour and a half taking turns playing it. Really fun game, especially when watching other people mess up. :lol
Does TMNT 1989 work with the arcade stick too? I wanna try to play a 3 player game with them.

I dunno... a week at 50% off will have enlivened the community for a week or so, but generally speaking it's pretty dead.

I don't see why it wouldn't. You just need the dpad/analog stick for movement and the X and A buttons IIRC.
Alien Hominid isn't bad either. It's a half decent Metal Slug clone, and it's fairly easy for the genre. Worth $5.

Ok, Trials is a game for masochist. I played through the medium stages just to see how they were set up so I got a bronze on all of them except the first. Then I tried the hard stages... what the hell. This is fucking ridiculous. I can't even imagine how extreme is.

Once you get used to the physics, Trials isn't too tough. The final Extreme stage, Inferno 2, is a bitch though. They used to have that level at the end of the tournament you need to complete for the Marathon achievement (0 fault every track in the tournament) which was pretty insane. They patched it and changed the level layout, so getting 250/250 isn't ridiculously hard any more.
