When Spock decided he wanted to remake a French movie, he recruited the two manliest men at the time and Steve Guttenberg. Got a cute little baby, added some heroin and we got cinematic genius!

A movie that will make you laugh, cry and cheer. Often imitated but never duplicated, for its greatness is unmatched. As Sam Malone knocked up a british woman without knowing, he had left for turkey for a part in a movie that isn't as great as this one. So Magnum P.I. and some jew were surprised to find a baby that was his. They decided to take care of it until Becker shows up. Sadly the Cheers manager also agreed to help his friend out, which unknowingly to him involved *gasp* DRUGS!

So after a couple of people came to get the "package", a narcotics detective having his eye on our heroes, and lots of shenanigans. Guttenberg +2 were able to foil the evil drug dealers plans and clear their names. Now they take the baby to the park and other parenting stuff using the power of the 80's montage, and overall get attached to that cute baby. But then teh conflict happens, Sylvia is back and wants to take the baby back with her!

As the mustache and the three other guys stood around sad and depressed, they take one last run to the airport to get little Mary back, but they were too late as the plain conveniently just left. They get home to find Sylvia sobbing, and after much prying they agree to live together and raise her together ending with a drawing of all of them with 80's music.

And thus my friends, ends one of the greatest movies of all time. Why am I posting this you say? Well I just saw it again for the millionth time, and......(brace your selves) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Men_and_a_Baby (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Men_and_a_Baby)

Quote
Three Men and a Baby was the biggest box office hit of that year, surpassing Fatal Attraction and eventually grossing US$167 million in the United States alone.[1] The movie won the 1988 ASCAP award and the 1988 People's Choice Award for Favorite Comedy Motion Picture. It was followed by the 1990 sequel, Three Men and a Little Lady. A new sequel (titled Three Men and a Bride) supposedly in development would reunite Selleck, Guttenberg and Danson.

Clearly the gods have meant for this awesomeness to be bestowed upon me today, for I can not wait!

Babys Day Out isn't a complete fit for this genre, but I just want to plug this awesome review again:  http://www.redlettermedia.com/

I liked that one where some dudes kidnapped a rich couple's baby, then the baby escapes and they get in all sorts of troubles trying to catch him.
