Cole finally has some more variety to his movements that zipping on power lines, he slided along pipes both horizontal and vertical.

also if you noticed, there are now destructible environments, or at least parts of the environment.

I haven't played the first Crackdown but 1 looked like a PS2 sandbox game in certain spots, with lots of jaggies and frame rate drops.

don't forget empty streets and the terrible in-game cutscenes

of the presentation, the only nice thing about the first game was he music, which was incredible. also the comic style cutscenes.

the first is a dirty lookin' game
not bad looking but janky as hell. thrown together with duct tape and spare code.

different style from crackdown so they arent comparable.

Very different artstyles, but from a technical perspective, I'd give the edge to inFamous.

the reason is that he is an electric super hero. The reason he doesn't use guns is because they explode when he holds them. But in the trailers they show

As for how 1 looked, it was at its best at night, when the sfx were front and center. The daytime was too dusty, and the jaggies sucked. The animation of Cole and his enemies was generally great (this goes for the level of detail as well), and the textures were oddly detailed. At the cost of I.Q. and range.

You're such a fucking simpleton. If he's a superhero that can hold and use thousands of volts, how the heck is he gonna be hurt by electrocution? If anything, the water conducting his electricity would just make him more powerful.
