Title: I had no internet, tv and phone for 45 minutes!

Cable signal was broken and everything routes through that. So couldn't watch the WC, couldn't browse the internet...
Being involuntarily and abruptly cut off the internet is a weird feeling. :'(

I didn't have any of those for a day and a half.

(I went to the bar to watch Mets-Yankees.)

I had the same thing, power outage in half my appartment.

Luckily, my bedroom had power, plus over the air TV.

I lost my internet one afternoon and after calling Verizon I found out that I couldn't  get it back until the next day. I slept the rest of the day.

I usually do this. I'll try to catch up on the pile of books I haven't finished, then I'll dust off my DS, then I'll put on a DVD and fall asleep

@slime The power outage took out our block, the store we live above is apperantly part of a different block.
So it turns out half our appartment is stealing power from the store!
It's tha part that has the washer and dryer. :shh
