This season has a big change. First sunny season with a season long arc. They are putting Dees pregnancy and baby from real life into the show.

Post by: bud on July 17, 2010, 04:06:01 PM: more dee? ewww. i stopped watching after that episode with the waitress wanting to get married and dee annoying her. and me. i got tired of it because it stopped being funny. it was always uneven, i guess, but the bad episodes were outnumbering the good ones. and i hated the season 4 finale.

It definitely gets the biggest laughs, but some of the loudest groans.

It's a comedy, but unless you've seen The Foot Fist Way it's sort of hard to describe the type. Dark tragi-comedy? Just watch it, it's probably my favorite 3 hours of television ever. It's an HBO series.

The problem is that Futurama hasn't been consistently funny since Season 3. Season 4 was aight but Season 5 was a mixture of Fry-Leela shit ( :-\ ) and just doing random shit to see what they can get away with before Fox finally stopped buying any more episodes. The movies were mediocre at best and didn't warrant a revival.
