Que?

I'll pray for you.

I had to go earlier this week. I feel your pain.
Is there a crazy lady who keeps yelling or a guy sitting next to strangers to rub their shoulders?
-
I lost my wallet last night. I'll be making the trip Monday so i can get a new license :(
-
Que?
Department of Motor Vehicles, for you disgusting foreigners.
Also could refer to the DC/Maryland/Virginia metro area (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/07/29/AR2010072905868.html?hpid=topnews), to which the first post would still apply.

Que?
More like "Queue", I bet.

It wouldn't be so bad if these damn DMV workers weren't so assholish. They are the worst. One screamed at some older gentlemen like he was a petulant child. Jeez.

Zing!

Some people deserve to be screamed at because they are morons. My last trip to moronville was memorable. I was waiting in line at customer service listening to this guy argue with the lady trying to get a refund for groceries he forgot to put in his car and they weren't in the cart he had used. :dizzy

Yup, I was at the DMV a few times a few months back to get my wife set up to get her learner's permit. The idiocy going on there was staggering. A lot of people are just dumb, don't come prepared with what they need, or (usually) both.
This was the same DMV that, 12 years ago, I went to and took my first driver's test at. I was doing the course and then some distinguished mentally-challenged fellow turned into the course from of the street to turn his car around. The DMV lady made me stop the car, got out and SCREAMED AND SCREAMED at the guy for being an idiot, then got back in the car and told me I had just failed. ??? Ended up going to another DMV way out in the sticks, which had zero wait, and passed the test. When my wife wants to take the road test, we are definitely going there.

At the DMV where I took my driving test, they didn't even have a course. I just drove around on city streets. :lol
Luckily, the DMV I go to usually isn't very busy, so I can just go in and then get out as quickly as possible.

I never even knew they still used courses (only saw those in the movies). It's pretty hard to fail a driving test though.

I renewed online the last time, so my license doesn't have my current address. In Washington state you have to go in to do that. Seeing how I own the place, I need to get a new one with the right address on it.

One of the ONLY things that's nice about living in a small town. I'm in and out of that place in 20 minutes tops.
