Post by: Human Snorenado on October 12, 2010, 10:48:21 PM
What should I get?  Gonna pick up Fallout New Vegas when it comes out, and probably gonna try Dragon Age on pc (I hear that it shits all over the console version) but what else is worth my time?

King's Bounty is correct, but I'd skip to Armored Princess.
ME2 is great on the PC if you haven't played it yet.
Titan Quest Gold
VVVVVV and Time Gentlemen, Please! are $5 indie darlings, probably $2.50 this fall during a Steam Sale.

If you're getting ME2 on PC but played ME1 on the 360 and still continue with a similar history, this site (http://www.masseffectsaves.com/) lets you download saves based on various choices.

At this point in time, yes.  Give it a few (dozen) patches and expansions and Civ5 will be better.

That's good to know. I bought the entire Civ 4 pack on Steam and haven't touched it yet, when I say Civ 5 was coming out I felt like I wasted my money. Since then, I've heard that regardless of anything, Civ 4 is still an amazing game anyways, so yay me!
