Title: Help me come up with a fictional game title, please
Post by: The Sceneman on October 17, 2010, 06:15:44 PM: I need to design a logo for my design class. I want to do an extreme over the top style title logo for a fictional game (which I may make one day). The game is a theoretical old school sprite based side scrolling BEU, with a real early 90's aesthetic (think bad dudes, streets of rage etc.)

But I need a name!

I want it to be fairly Engrish-y, my current working title is "Ultimate Champion Force". A bit boring, can you guys help me out here?

I've got like 3 days to research this, learn how to use Illustrator and make the logo. So I gotta make a decision asap.

are my two nominees.

I also want an Engrish subtitle, in the same vein as: "PRINNY - Can I Really Be the Hero?"

Something like: "Can we really make new friends on the battlefield?", or "The fighting tournament never sleeps!"

I think you have enough good names, you should just combine them:

It is the year 20XY. Self made tycoon Robert "Bob" Baun has developed a personal portfolio of 60% of the rental property in New Zealand, and amalgamated entire districts into "mega-flats". Utilising this vast wealth he has also privatised the national rugby team, and developed them into a brutal PMC: the "Rugby Police".

Following the events of Party Quest, society has deteriorated quickly. Heston Gunderson, the protagonist of Party Quest never returned to South Island, and began a drifting career as a Bodyguard, Hired Muscle, Mercenary, Hitman, Sellsword and Gun-for-Hire. During a routine contract mission he finds an ancient mystical gauntlet held in attache case carried by his target. Shortly after obtaining this artefact he is raided at home by the Rugby Police who conduct a no-holds-barred assualt on Heston's residence in an effort to obtain the gauntlet, resulting in many casualties.

Heston narrowly escapes with his life, and is now on the run. What mysteries does the gauntlet hold? In order to survive Heston must uncover the truth. What he discovers doesn't just concern his fate, but that of the planet.
