Title: My first RRoD
Post by: ManaByte on November 29, 2010, 02:27:13 PM: Last night my Falcon Elite finally bit the dust. It started acting up on Sunday while I was watching an episode of Top Gear on Netflix. Screen just froze. Then yesterday it started to artifact and freeze while playing NFS: Hot Pursuit until it finally checkerboarded upon boot and RRoD.

Still under warranty until February, so UPS just dropped off my return label and I found a coffin for it and it's going back.

BUT. I'm in the market for a 250gig Slim, but the system seems to be sold out EVERYWHERE. Stores can't seem to give away PS3s, but trying to find a new 360 is like trying to find a Wii four years ago.
