Concept artists crank out a ton of stuff...most of it never makes it into the game/show/movie, most of the games never get made.

True.
They are working on CK,this are probably leftovers from their CK experiments,they are quite secretive and well paid studio apparently.
But I expect similar setting...and first person gameplay

Apparently this is Xbox360 exclusive, not sure about PC release.
