Title: Ladies and Fellas Who Have Experience Shopping at Tiffany & Co.

My girlfriend's birthday is in a couple weeks, although we both leave the state and each other on the 17th. From now until then we're both incredibly busy with finals, although I am down for a trip to the local mall to visit Tiffany & Co. My question is, during this time of the year, is what I might buy worth my money, or are there other places I should be looking at?

You should be able to find better deals at a local non chain jeweler.
