Title: Sega Saturn game suggestions
Post by: Himu on December 25, 2006, 11:56:28 PM
omg the awesome Drinky Crow, I will praise you forever!

Name some shit, peoples! Aside from the obvious Panzer Dragoon, Astal, Nights, Clockwork Night, Dragon Force, Guardian Heroes, shit like that.

Imports are good too! In fact, good import sites that have Saturn games in stock would be right up my alley.

THUNDERFORCE V omg

I'm a big fan of Jung Rhythm, a psycho CG Parappa knockoff. Catchy tunes, though.

Most Saturn games are overrated or irrelevant nowadays, really. I still like the Panzer Dragoons. Zwei remains one of the most immersive shooters/universes I've ever seen. That game and Azel are top-notch.

You need the ram cart for 2d fighters.

Saturn has a PERFECT SF Zero III

Panzer Dragoon Games
Astal
Dragon Force
Magic Knight Rayearth
Dopachi/Dodonpachi
Sexy Parodius

Radiant Silvergun is still my favorite, but it's probably not worth the price if you're not a shooter fan.  Fuck, it's probably a bit much even if you are a shooter fan.  I got my copies before the price 'splosion, and I'm not sure I'd pay 150-200 for it.

Way I see it, there are only a few games worth that much money:

Quake 2
X-com
Civ 2
X-com
