KOREANS just think of it as a 'couples holiday'. It;s like VAlentines Day,.
Also, they all eat cake. I tried to go to the bakery today and it looked like world war 3, the place was stripped fucking bear

Our Christmas started big-time last night (the 23rd, which is a national holiday). We put up the tree, stuck on Christmas tunes (Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Motown Christmas...) and danced like fools.
Today we had friends over and I cooked all day long in between checking out new games on Steam. We broke out the Moet & Chandon and got messy from around 4 :rock
Next we gotta get the kid to bed early so we can get the presents under the tree. Xmas with a kid is awesome now that she's old enough to respond to it all.

bars are open in brooklyn
got semi drunk a few blocks away then we got our picture taken with santa
now we're home and drinking more about to watch a movie then open gifts

We had family over at our house tonight. This was the most fun I've had with my family on Christmas in years. One of my uncles wanted to try out Rock Band, so we all played that for a bit, finished a couple growlers of beer, and did a gift card white elephant exchange, which got pretty vicious. My grandpa got totally plastered on wine, which my thirteen year old cousins declared during dessert. Good times were had by all.
