My official title is: Student Support Services, and my department is IITS (Information & Instructional Technology Services). Basically, I'm a fairly-well trained PC tech for anyone on campus, from students to professors.

The bulk of my job is help desk work, where I'm either working on a student's machine, or I'm going out on a call to a staff member on campus to do any of a million and a half things.

I'll be applying for an open manager position when the applications start in a week or so.

I stopped posting the actual company I work for because of some of the shit I received via PM about it. Most of the people I talk to outside of the boards or through PM know though.

I work for a bank, and I'm working with HR right now, with me doing work at the local branch if needed, but I have a shit ton of training ;p

I work for my Dads company and through some creative book keeping I don't have to pay a dime in taxes on the money I earn there.
