Title: ATTN: Globe trekkers
Post by: The Business on January 21, 2011, 11:34:33 PM
Is $15,000 USD realistic for a three month trip through Europe for two?  If you've ever been on an extended trip like this, how did you budget it?  Any stories or advice appreciated.

probably. depends on where and what you want to do though.

also depends if it's just you and a friend versus you and a friend...if it's the latter you will probably end up paying more for privacy.

Yeah, it's totally doable. I can't imagine staying in a hostel, though.

Well, if you make it through 3 months of that...she's a keeper.

It def sounds doable if you're doing all that :)

I'll buy you a pint in Cork, and if my housemates not around you guys can sleep in her bed.
