reminds me of ring of red
that game had such kickass musicspoiler (click to show/hide)and kinda sucky gameplay[close]
huh, pretty crazy tim schafer hasnt run out of publishers to suck money from
Like Costume Quest and Stacked before it, Trenched is one of those downloadable games that almost makes you feel like you're getting away with robbery for paying $15 for it rather than full retail price. This is obviously not a quickie release; top to bottom, it's polished and slathered with personality. It has quickly become my current favorite multiplayer experience on Live and is definitely my favorite tower defense game to date. My only wish is for more missions, parts and weapons, but the core experience is robust enough to come highly recommended. It's another win for Double Fine in downloadable games.
It's a Tower Defense game? Meh. :(
This looks like garbage and it's a shame this isn't deciding the fate of Double Fine because Double Fine has yet to make a original or creative game.
Costume Quest definitely did not feel like more than a $15 game. Same with Stacking from what I played of it. Any reviewer who thinks these are stunning deals and close to $40-60 retail games in quality does not get much credibility from me.

From a production values standpoint, I know what they're talking about. From a length standpoint, yeah, sure, I agree with you.

Weak troll there methodis :lol
Anyway yeah I'll try the demo out for this, I'm a little pissed we won't be getting Brutal legend 2(essential post for every tim schafer thread).

Ah fuck. Barf. Gross. Blech. How do people still play TD games?

Played the demo, as usual, game is garbage. Yawn... when will this company die off already
I bought it. Will likely never turn it on. But now Mr. Schafer has $15 more in his pocket to make AWESOME CLICK N' POINT ADVENTURE GAME WITH RON GILBERT.

You are weird.
This game is really fun! It's less of a tower-defense game than Toy Soldiers, so far. It looks like it relies mainly on the trench-walker. That's a mech! You like mechs, don't you bepbuuuu~?
