I ... can't imagine that's going to pan out well for Ivy.
She's got cursed blood, she probably won't age.

I'm more worried about my main, Seung Mina. Will she look good in her mid-30s?

No Ridge Racer NGP confirmation, though. They're probably saving that for E3.

Namco is stuck in a 1993 time loop :(

The Tales series didn't even start til 1996 though.

Speaking of which, why is it that Euroland is getting all the new RPG announcements before the US?

Cougars and MILFs are all the rage now and Namco wants to cash in.

Somehow Namco managed to be profitable, even as Enslaved underperformed to the tune of 700K units. Discounted units. Following up their disappointing live-action Tekken movie with an expensive 3D outing about characters no-one cares about is not a good way to stay afloat.

I'm sure that Tekken movie will be produced by the same guys who did the zero-budget Biohazard CG movie that cut tons of corners (no cloth simulation!).

That being said, the 4 hours of cinemas in Tekken 6's story mode were computer-generated abortions and I don't want to see the adventures of a robot girl who dreams of being human

Tales of Graces f in 2012? Up against FFXIII-2 more than likely? Way to go Namco!

Oh well, at least I got in on the Amazon $39.99 price before they changed it.

Hirada has been shitting on the Hollywood Tekken movie since it came out. :lol He kept saying to forget it even existed because he and his team had no control over it. I guess this is going to be the real Tekken movie since they're involved.

And the Dark Souls CE is PERFECT. Finally SOME publisher/developer understands that nobody wants fucking distinguished mentally-challenged cheap plastic figures and various other pieces of junk. Instead we get interesting stuff: a soundtrack, a guide, an art book, and a making-of DVD. I could not ask for anything more.

That just reconfirms that it's going to be the best game ever created.

The new screens of Dark Souls look great as I expected. Take a look at this one:

I'm gonna search for a hi-res version, print two dozen copies, then bathe in it.

Was it also priced the same as the standard edition?

Either way, I still can't believe Namco green lit that decision.

Definitely buying this CE, hopefully the guide and stuff is better quality than with Demons Souls, making of is also a nice addition. If only DNF had such a simple, quality CE instead of some junky looking bust and other crap

Demon's Souls CE was $10 more. It's also awesome, and the only CE I've bought since I decided to getting useless shit. /glares at Halo cat helmet.

also, ToGF is 2012 in NA as well. lol namco

Doesn't Namco have the rights to make The Fast and the Furious games? Why don't they just have Bugbear (who make great games) make a bunch of those games in the style of Need for Speed?

All I'm seeing with Ridge Racer: Unbounded (I originally wrote undercover) is a kinda sorta burnout clone. Which isn't fair but it looks fucking lame.
Namco did have the license way back when, and released a game to coincide with Tokyo Drift hitting theaters. They should get the license back and port this to XBLA/PSN.
