Title: A question about the 360 update exchange thing

What countries is it available in? Cause I want to go on Xbox Live and get the update but I don't to end up with a malfunctioning Xbox a no free replacement.

It's apparently for a much older update. If you're 360 has been working it doesn't apply to you.
