Title: Any good programs that limit or lock Internet usage?

Let's say I want my computer to disable my net access at 12:30 am ever day. Any good programs for that?

Any program you put on there can be switched off, why not just set an alarm clock and log off?

Most routers let you do this.

I'm sure there's plenty of parental control software that will. Some firewalls will let you. And stuff like this: http://www.toplang.com/internetlock.htm

I sometimes modify the file at windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts (open it with notepad).  If you put for example:

0.0.0.0 www.evilbore.com

in that file, internet access won't work to evilbore.  Obviously, you can change it anytime, but it might be enough of an inconvenience that it works for you.

Google Calendar. Give it a pop up message for an appointment that says "TURN OFF YOUR DAMNED COMPUTER."
