Title: Anyone here ever been to jail?

Yep. 101 in a 70. The guy was not having a good night anyway. He spent the whole ride back on the phone with some family member talking about family drama. I kinda felt bad for the guy, except never read me my miranda rights and was grabbing my arm and jerking me around and cursing at me.

Now, "dangerous driving" is a criminal code offence that you can get arrested for, but that usually requires an additional component other than just speed.
