Title: Silent Hill: Downpour -- "in association with VATRA"...?

What the hell is this? Czech devs working on the next SH? Or are they doing it entirely?

Trailer looks sufficiently scary to warrant interest, and eastern european designer/artists easily have a grasp on the dingy/gritty aesthetic. Should I be hopeful or not?

So are any of the Silent Hill fans on teh bore looking forward to this, or is it assumed to be a typically euro-jank effort riding the license further into the ground?

I thought some of the VA was pretty good! The dialogue felt cliché, but the reading was well-executed...

Ah, well. I will just grab the HD collection of last-gen's games, then.

Should be better than the Vita abomination, but that's not saying much.
