343: Bringing your game everywhere with you/always being connected to your game wherever you are.
Rare: Getting new people into the industry, as comfortable with games as they are with books/movies, and making it as easy to play as possible/really really simple to play.
Naughty Dog: Super realistic graphics/fantastical universes that feel believable/grounded due to the quality of visuals and animation, like Hollywood has done recently.
Frontier: Innovation. He wants both new performance (as in better hardware) and new interfaces (he likes touch a lot), as he believes both can drive new experiences on their own, or can combine to make other new innovations as well.
Ninja Theory: More interested in new pricepoints/downloads than performance. Wants this so they can release more experimental games.
Sony Studios: Really excited about higher quality graphics. Really wants more cinematic experiences. He lists Uncharted, God of War, and Heavy Rain as his examples of the future.
BioWare: Connectivity and download capacity. Really loves digital downloads.
Blizzard: Efficiency of content creation.
EA Canada (FIFA Team): Wants a guaranteed hard drive to improve load times. Feels the new battleground is AI and physics over graphics, and he feels they will have dramatic improvements.
Sony Liverpool: Connectivity. The future is about how developers will link games to your friends and enable you to share your experiences. He feels this will be one of the biggest changes from a gameplay perspective.
Blizzard Again: Easier tools for user generated content/developers not as experienced with tools.
Gearbox: More RAM. Lots and lots of RAM.
Rare: Getting new people into the industry, as comfortable with games as they are with books/movies, and making it as easy to play as possible/really really simple to play.
BioWare: Connectivity and download capacity. Really loves digital downloads.
