"Why am I still GameStopping?"
Man, that is a question for the ages.
I think, despite my loathing of the majority of GS employees and the even larger majority of GS customers, in the end it is still interesting to browse and find cheap impulse buys, or even find some obscure game that I had forgotten that I wanted.
Nerdboy hitting on geekgrrl is always uncomfortable though. I'm always tempted to say, "Dude. It's a lose-lose situation here: she's at work and can't leave; you've got her trapped. At the same time, once she's out of work, she still won't want to talk to you or to have you following her around. That's stalking. You don't want to be a stalker, do you?"
I do it to trade in some games that I couldn't sell online, or don't have the patience to.
I went to Gamestop to pick up Dark Souls n Spider-Man. New GAM3RGUR1LLL at the counter, some nerd hitting on her- wait in line while he tries n fails. Listening to him makes me want to die.

^
also if you stack with the card and any "trade this many get this % more" deals sometimes you can actually leave the store without feeling like your asshole's bleeding
Uh, I thought you went on a date with a girl who worked at a gamestop??? :P
She was attractive, thus she said dweebs would follow her around the store, asking her out repeatedly. Some people would come back again and again and offer her gifts, ignoring the fact that she told them straight up she had a boyfriend.
Dumbass 'nice guy' nerds, natch. She was attractive, thus she said dweebs would follow her around the store, asking her out repeatedly. Some people would come back again and again and offer her gifts, ignoring the fact that she told them straight up she had a boyfriend.
Who the hell gives gift to random women they don't know? That's creepy.
I worked a temp job a few years ago and one of my colleagues was a G4M3RGUR11 who used to work at EB part time.

It's such an interesting phenomenon.
These days if I have time for gamez I need the game that day or else I'd never play it. If it took 2 days my shit I'd be past the optimal time to play it.
Suffice to say I rarely game these days.
I went to Gamestop on Saturday to see if they had a copy of Atelier Totori, but despite their computer saying that they had a copy, they couldn't find it. So thanks to their incompetence, I avoided giving money to Gamestop and buying a crappy loli-rape sim all in one fell swoop, feels good man.
Because they sell Gamecube games still : D
