Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter. Even if you don't like the Stones it's just a hands-down great film. Ends with the infamous Altamont concert where the Hell's Angels played security.

I've always wanted to see "For the Love of Bobby V," but apparently it's not available on DVD, streaming, etc.
