well i keep getting my ass kicked at it,but i tought it's interessing enough to throw a thread on the bore...
basicaly it's a board game that work like this
each player start with a 10 deck card which is made of coins and titles, they then use the coin's to buy more card from a pool of random card, some card let you draw more card, some card let you play more card...
more powerfull card cost more and as such are harder to get
the idea is that ultimately you get a deck that can draw enough coins to buy the bigger titles, the player who owns the most titles when 3 group of card have been bought or when all the biggest tiles have been bought win
if you have ever played drafting it's kinda like that

It's 1:22 a.m. here, and I don't have the brainpower to learn any new rules right now. How long does this game take to pick up if, say, someone's brain is operating normally?
-
The learning curve is kinda dependent on whether or not you have experience w/ limited formats in ccgs, like drafting in Magic the Gathering.

eeehhh i had some experience with drafting but it still took me a while to understand the power level of certain cards and the value of trashing
chrono - the basic rules are quite simple but it has a lot of nuance that make winning without understanding them, hard
